Goodday

it took ages to fall asleep last night. Was up till like 2 or 3. I was praying the entire time and meditating though. I woke at 9 and had a good day energy wise! I had a really good workout and enjoyed food

i felt free and fresh

the only fuckup I made today was failing to properly rest midday and then I overate a bit for dinner

cool. Just gotta go all in constantly. Intense and scary and the familiarity will dissolve and I’ll dissolve but I’ll be saved and those I love might be too

…

Man it’s not hard. It’s super simple. Your mind just keeps getting tangled up in shit. Assume the way will be clear and simple and just walk. Don’t think. Don’t worry. Just go. You heal yourself by doing the Joe Dispenza guided meditations. You then convince your family to do the meditations by becoming skilled at articulating the theory and how it works, and by memorizing a bunch of the testimonials. Your ability to sell stuff is amazing. You can articulate yourself really well. Do the work – heal the body – activate Kundalini – study the theory and memorise testimonials – rant to family – do guided meditations with them.

this will set you up to do it to a larger circle of people. Then the ball will be rolling and you’ll sleep more peacefully at night knowing you’re doing all you can to spread what you truly believe to be humanities best chance at healing.

You got this. It will be a cake walk. The forces of evil can distract and sedate you through those distractions, but they have no power to truly stop you. The forces of good have incredible powers to lift you up and make it all happen. The path will be paved ahead of you. Angels will pave it and light it up.

Believe. See it. Feel it. Know it is the future you are going to, and then it will be!

Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.
