Today when I woke up I was tired but my body still had a light bit of kundalini going through it. I showered and then did Skriya and dispenza meditation (total time 1h). This went really well and i felt blissful. I tidied my room and ate.
I didn’t nap properly today, and I fell unconscious with eating. I als worked out too much, and felt the need to because of eating too much. Had a surplus of energy. I keep having the same realisation that food is my main obstacle with my awakening/meditation/healing process. My relationship with food. The yogis eat less and they eat more mindfully. I love exercise but while my side is injured, and is struggling to heal, I need to stop doing strenuous exercise! Yoga and walks is sufficient. At least until the side heals. I really want to get abs again. I miss being able to run for ages and do tonnes of pushups and stuff, but that just isnt in the cards right now, and I need to stop defaulting to the old automatic programme. I need to stay mindful of my body and my situation and avoid doing exercise other than yoga and walking. Those are sufficient. Eating less will be key for this. Adjust to eating lighter and eating less. If you are spending longer in meditative states, with your heart rate lowered, your metabolism slowed, then you will need less food anyway, and your body will be able to repair better.
Yes. The obstacle I keep facing is basically
My health is fucked and I cant do anything.
I meditate deeply to cultivate a bit of health and energy.
When I get a bit of energy and health I try rush back into external reality.
I try and carry out my old habits which involves eating more than I should be eating and exercising vigorously.
I need to accept I’ll be skinny for a bit. When I have energy, dont workout and eat loads. I’m not bulking to put on muscle. That isnt the priority lmao what am I doing. Those 6kgs can come back later. Now i will just do light yoga and keep cultivating the energy.
