Felt awful today but totally surrendered and then fall asleep into a nap around 3pm and it felt good. I then watched two episodes of the Chosen. Such a beautiful show. So nice to look at. So wholesome. Christianity is beautiful when done right. When there is grace and love in it. Open heartedness is always the key.
I will meditate now and hopefully get a good nights sleep.
