today was a better day
super sunny
i felt awe in the evening looking at the sky
it made me feel .. like I really have to heal. When it all looks bleak out there and nature is hybernating, it isnt so obvious, but when everything comes alive, I want to come alive too. I dont want to be limited. I want to heal my body and have a really fun and youthful and electric spring / summer.
Must stay focused. I can totally heal within mere days if the determination is there. If the commitment is there. If it is unwavering. I need to reestablish that order and routine that I had.
