UNTANGLE YOURSELF
The attachments. They have you stuck again.
You need your energy to be yours.
You heal yourself by going into the body. Into presence.
Meditation and yoga.
Be in the body.
Attachments/desire + technology is a shitshow.
Let go of desires. Want nothing other than the body to feel good. This is the way. Then your prioritise what you should be prioritizing.
TWIM + Yoga + Journal
Life is so good when not sick. Gather your energy back to yourself. Perpetually surrender stupid attachments. Stop trying to force yourself into a desired timeline. It just makes you tired and gets you stuck in lack cycles. Drained energy. Attract the timeline. Embody the frequency of fullness.

I’m not spending enough time in bliss.
I wake up and then get tangled in the external world.
I like bliss.
I want to go that direction.
I love Maharjji.
I love sun.
I love love.
I love bliss. Contentment. Coziness. Euphoria. Elation.
I love when my heart feels open. I love that warmth.
I love freedom. I love weightlessness. I love God.
I love detachment. I love emptiness. I love stillness.
Wholeness. Completeness. Acceptance. Peace.
Sanity.
Getting tangled up in attachments means you are stuck automatically engaging with content. Bouncing from thing to thing. The mind restless. Too much activity. You think it’s freedom but it’s not. You are totally lost in the automaticify of it all. Your consciousness is dulled by the constant input. The constant simulation. You lose yourself.
You are the context within which content arises. Within which it is experienced. When you are experiencing something, there is the sensation of there being someone experiencing it, and you think that’s who you are, so you think you’re involved in it. You think it’s an expression of your free will… But it’s just a sensation. You are the context. The emptiness. You are not the experience or the reaction to the experience or the sensation of being someone watching the experience. These are all fabrications. Modifications of mind stuff.
Anchor awareness. Reject invitations from the mind to engage in activity. Sit in nonactivity. Then your consciousness becomes sharper. Less dull. You become more awake. More here. More alive. More sane.
Love.
