That freedom, that innocence. Patterns sedate the spirit. Put it to sleep like how repetitive motions rocking a baby puts them to sleep. Dont let that happen. It’s best to appear slightly crazy but alive than to become numb and mechanical and neurotic. Neurotic strung out ocd type vibe is way worse than overly emotional overly intense and talkative and manic. Honestly that’s just human. People in sunnier countries are naturally like that. Ireland so repressed it’s such an issue. Many countries are. Inherited trauma and gunk generation after generation. Constantly mourning or something. Not celebrating. Living life in a library having to be quiet all the time. Be alive. Being alive is good. Stop fearing. Stop being an authoritarian with yourself. Smoke a little weed. Write a little song. Relax.
Tantra is yoga too. Art is yoga too. The yogi doesn’t always have to always be doing intense mental pyrotechnics.
